Individual therapy

Individual therapy is a supportive process aimed at improving well-being and gaining insight into one's functioning. During our sessions, we'll work on identifying, understanding, and addressing thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, exploring the patterns that may contribute to your difficulties. Therapy is conducted in a safe, confidential space where you can express yourself freely and without judgment, working toward your mental well-being and the achievement of your personal goals.

Couples therapy

Relationships are both fulfilling and complex. The aim of couples therapy is to guide partners toward reconnecting and improving communication, thus deepening emotional intimacy towards healthier and more authentic relationships.

Child therapy

Play therapy using toys and arts materials such as paint, pencils, clay, play dough, kinetic sand, books... In the first session, both parents and child are received. Then, the child will progressively attend on her own. Follow-up periodical Parental Guidance is strongly advised.

Parental Guidance

We will explore topics such as emotional regulation, neurodiversity, boundaries in relationships, the psychology of parenting, and the stages of personal growth through life. These sessions aim at supporting a lifelong more conscious, connected self, keeping in mind your child's particular challenges.
